Horizons secured the top position, excelling in almost every category. Completing the top three were Velocity Global and Via Work, with both companies earning solid scores overall.
Toronto-based Horizons came out on top of The Employer of Record's Customer Satisfaction Survey, topping five of the six categories.
Velocity Global came in second place overall with a score of 4.4.
Relatively new industry player Via Work rounded out the top three EOR companies with an overall score of 4.3.
